Your blog logo design might be one of the toughest things to iron out in the beginning stages of creating your little spot on the internet. Should you create a logo? And how much should you spend on getting it designed?
The answer is not much.
Seriously, creating your own blog logo design won’t break the bank, and it’ll help significantly with branding yourself and your site as a whole.
Want to know how I did it?
Fiverr did it for me. For the uninitiated, Fiverr is a freelance site that offers up a variety of services, such as freelance programming, animation, sound mixing, and help with creating your blog logo. Design your logo any way you choose, because you get to pick from the litter of amazing freelance artists on the Fiverr site.
I told my friend I got an artist to create my blog logo for $25, and she didn’t believe me at first.
How To Score A Sick Blog Logo Design
- Under “Graphics and Design,” click logo design.
- On the left-hand side, specify what price you would like to start from (I chose $5).
- Browse the portfolios of the freelancers shown. When you find one you like, click on their picture.
- Make sure to check their packages. Some lure you in with a $5 deal that seemingly promise a great looking logo when it only actually includes a black and white version, or no source files.
There’s a few pitfalls to using Fiverr, yes, but the upside can be incredible if you do a little digging, find a great artist, and stick with it. I got mine created within a few days, and when I opened up that file and saw it for the first time my heart jumped a beat. And the good news is that you can come back to it in case you need anything else besides a nice blog logo design.
